Data we use

Order: address of the site to turn into a video, chosen format and length, language, date you accepted the terms.

Payment: email address, amount paid, technical payment identifiers. Card details are processed by Stripe only.

Public content of the ordered site: copy, colors, fonts, screenshots, needed to make the video.

Security: a non-reversible fingerprint of your IP address to limit abuse, and Cloudflare Turnstile's anti-bot check.

Why (legal bases)

Performing your order and delivering the video (performance of the contract). Keeping accounting records (legal obligation). Protecting the service against fraud and abuse (legitimate interest).

We don't use your data for advertising and never sell it. We only send promotional emails with your consent.

How long

Videos, screenshots and production data: 6 months, then automatic deletion. Accounting data related to payments: 7 years, as required by Estonian law. Anti-abuse counters: 24 hours.

Service providers

We rely on providers that process data on our behalf: Stripe (payments), Neon (database), Cloudflare (video storage and anti-bot protection), Resend (emails), Vercel (website hosting and anonymous, cookie-free visit statistics), Modal (video production), Sentry (technical error tracking, without personal data) and, when enabled, Anthropic (writing the video copy from the site's public content).

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Union; such transfers are covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.

Cookies

The site only uses one technical cookie that remembers your chosen language. No advertising or analytics cookies are set: traffic is measured without cookies, in aggregated and anonymous form (Vercel Web Analytics), so no consent banner is needed. The payment page is hosted by Stripe, which applies its own policy.

Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or port your data, or object to its processing, by writing to support@bragr.app. We reply within one month.

You can also contact the data protection authority of your country or the Estonian authority (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
