Terms of sale

1. The seller

Bragr is a service of Bring4Me OÜ, a company registered in Estonia under number 17233323, with its registered office at Ahtri tn 12, 15551 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia. VAT: not registered. Contact: support@bragr.app.

2. The service

Bragr automatically creates a 15, 20 or 30-second launch video from the address of a public website. The service visits the site's public pages, picks up its copy, colors, fonts and screenshots, then produces a video with music, a preview image and a caption.

The video is generated by software, without human intervention. Its content depends on what the site publicly shows: results may vary from one site to another.

3. Order and prices

Prices are shown in euros, including taxes, on the Pricing section. The applicable price is the one displayed when you order. A promo code may reduce it if it is valid at the time of payment.

The order is final once the payment is accepted. No subscription is taken out: each order is a one-time payment.

4. Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. Depending on the payment setup, Stripe may act as reseller and appear as such on your statement and receipt. Bragr never has access to your card details.

5. Delivery

Production starts as soon as the payment is confirmed and usually takes about ten minutes. The video is delivered through a private link, shown after payment and sent by email. It stays available for 6 months; remember to download it.

6. Right of withdrawal

The video is digital content supplied immediately after payment. Before paying, you expressly request this immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right of withdrawal once the video is delivered, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU.

This does not affect the refunds provided for in our refund policy.

7. Refunds

If the video cannot be produced, you are refunded automatically and in full. Other situations are described in the refund policy.

8. Your site and your content

You may only order for a site you own or for which you are allowed to use the copy, logos, images and fonts. You hold Bring4Me OÜ harmless against any claim related to that content.

Ordering a video for an illegal, misleading or hateful site, a site involving the sexual exploitation of minors, or one that infringes the rights of others is forbidden. We may refuse or cancel such an order and refund it.

9. Ownership of the video

Once paid, the video is yours: you may use it freely, including for commercial purposes (social media, website, advertising). The music is created by Bragr and may be used with the video at no extra cost.

We never show your video publicly without your written consent.

10. Liability

We do our best to provide a reliable service, but we don't guarantee that the video will meet all your expectations or that the service will be available without interruption. Except in cases of gross negligence or wilful misconduct, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms limits the rights the law grants to consumers.

How we use your data is described in the privacy policy.

12. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by Estonian law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from the mandatory rules of your country of residence and may bring proceedings before its courts.

If something goes wrong, please write to support@bragr.app first: we always look for an amicable solution. Consumers may also use a consumer mediation body in their country free of charge.
