Refund policy

Automatic refund

If your video cannot be produced (site unreachable, site blocking automated visits, technical error), you are refunded automatically and in full, without having to ask. An email confirms it.

The refund goes back to the payment method you used and usually shows up within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.

You're not happy with the video

Write to support@bragr.app within 7 days of delivery, with your video link and what is wrong. We review every request: depending on the case, we offer a new video or a refund.

A video delivered as ordered does not give rise to an automatic refund, since you waived the right of withdrawal to get immediate delivery (see the terms of sale).

Unpaid order

If the payment isn't completed, nothing is charged and the order expires after 24 hours.
